Yes, our DVDs are region free.

No, our DVDs do not have license restrictions.

Rarely does this occur. If so you can first try another DVD in your DVD-ROM drive to make sure it is running properly. If a screen comes up and prompts a region choose 1. Secondly our DVDs are embedded with information at authoring and in a few cases the Windows software that is pre-installed isn't sophisticated enough to read the DVDs. The Pro version of SketchUp is not required for use with our educational material.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. We do not accept personal checks. Any personal checks mailed to our address for DVDs will be returned. Be aware that to use a Visa or MasterCard the address must match exactly as on your most current statement.

We have our Google Authorized Trainers monitoring the site so you know you will get the speediest and best response possible and then everyone can share in the learning.

School is very proud to offer a quality educational product. And to show how much we think of our DVDs, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply return the disc if you are not pleased with it, and we will refund the full purchase price of the DVD. If for some reason the DVD is defective School will gladly replace the DVD at no charge. If you choose to instead return the defective DVD over a replacement please do the following:
1. Email info@go-2-school.com with your request. You will then at School's discretion be emailed a Return Request Number (RRN) and the address to send the product back to.
2. Mail DVD back (School will not issue call tag) to the address provided by the informational email and MARK CLEARLY on the front of the package the Return Request Number. Packages with no clearly marked RRN will be returned.
3. We would then credit you the price you paid for the DVD plus all applicable shipping charges. However if we receive the "defective" DVD-ROM and find the product to be in perfect sellable condition with no damage we will only credit you the price of the product itself less any/all shipping charges.

For live classes you may cancel your class registration 15 business days or more prior to the class and receive a full refund of your registration fee. A refund of the class fee minus a $100 cancellation fee per registration will be made for cancellations between 5 and 15 business days of the class. Course fees are non-refundable within 5 business days of a course.

If you are unable to attend a class, you may send someone in your place. Please provide us with the name change at least three business days prior to the class.

For webinars you may cancel up to 5 business days in advance via email only. After 5 business days the webinars are non-refundable, but another student may attend in your place.

When registering for the class you MUST include your AIA or NKBA ID number. Once the class has ended and the attendance is confirmed we will submit the information exactly as it was submitted during registration and a certificate will be issued in 10 - 15 days. If you register for the class under a nickname or other name that doesn't match your AIA or NKBA registration you will not receive credit. Make sure the name and number match when registering.

You can download the podcasts directly from iTunes. iTunes is a free program and can be downloaded here : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ Once you have iTunes installed you can navigate within iTunes. Go to the iTunes store ( in the column on the left hand side) and the iTunes store has a link to Podcasts. In the upper right hand corner you will see a search box with a small magnifying glass. Input "The SketchUp Show" into the field and you can see the shows that have been released. There is a button that will allow you to Subscribe to the show. If you choose to subscribe when we post any new podcasts they will automatically be downloaded by iTunes.

Our Level 1 and 2 DVDs were created using SketchUp 6, but are fully compatible with 7. All of our other DVDs were created with SketchUp 7. Our Best of the SketchUp Show is a collection of podcasts some of which were made using Version 6 but still can be used with Version 7. can share in the learning.
